A self-described “super app” is hitting US markets. From Brain Technologies, Natural is a generative computer interface that uses AI aspects to provide users a more logical (or, natural, as it were) progression in digital information searches. In the simplest of terms, Natural is a personal assistant application that uses advanced tech to connect voice and physical search functions across web-browsers, apps, and the user’s device to provide a comprehensive search experience. With Natural, saying “I want pizza” might lead users to web results for nearby restaurants, in-app delivery options, favorite orders of yours in the past, and even instructions for making pizza at home.

The more you use Natural, the more the app is said to learn about your preferences, giving each user a tailored experience. As both voice and AI become more prevalent in our lives, it will be interesting to follow Natural as it’s released for iOS users. Read the full story >>

Spam emails are on the rise! How can you be sure that an unknown message in your inbox isn’t actually a phishing scam?  There are a number of red flags to look out for when it comes to scam messages, but an easy way to quickly assess the validity of an email is the check for a mismatched URL. Simply hover over the link and double-check that the URL is sending you to the promised destination before clicking. If it doesn’t, you’ve been targeted with a dud!
