I am still a novice to the application involved in working in the Cloud. The EMPIST technician came to set up and test the connections on my computer. He then inquired about my workload so that he could review each program and their response inside the cloud. He also showed me how to access and navigate through the various programs within the system.
Very fast, trouble shot about four problems within a 20 minute time frame. I was definitely dealing with pros as they knew exactly how to fix everything.
I called in the support with an urgent manner, My issue was solved while I was on the phone with EMPIST. Thank you!

This was a very difficult network issue in hyper-v cluster environment. EMPIST and Dell engineers almost looked through all aspects from SAN, switches, hosts to find the issue. I am happy with the result.
