FAQ

Support questions

How to get help, when to call, and what to do in an emergency.

01Who can use EMPIST support?
Active EMPIST clients. If your company is on Managed IT or another EMPIST service agreement, your designated contacts can open tickets and call support.
02What is the fastest way to get help?
Open a ticket in EMPIST 360. You get a clear record, status updates, and the full picture of what is in progress.
03When should I call instead of using EMPIST 360?
Call when the business is blocked right now: no email, no network, or a system outage affecting many people. Use (312) 445-2124.
04What if we think we are under a cyber attack?
Do not wait on a normal ticket. Go to Under Attack and call the emergency line so incident response can start containment.
05I cannot sign in to EMPIST 360. What should I do?
Call or text (312) 445-2124, or email support@empist.com. We can reset access or route your request while that is fixed.
