01Are these traditional managed service packages?›
You get clear scope and published rates. Delivery is EMPIST’s AI-native operating model: faster resolution, fewer repeats, and work visible in
EMPIST 360. Read how we run Managed IT on
Managed IT.
02Which package should I start with?›
Organizations with 5–15 users often start with Essentials at $99 per user. Offices that need servers, network, and business-hours coverage choose Standard. Most growing teams choose Advanced for 24/7 support with enhanced identity security MFA and a fuller security stack. Premium adds MDR and compliance for regulated industries. Distributed teams with no office use Cloud (same model as Advanced).
03How is Cloud different from Advanced?›
Cloud matches Advanced for distributed teams. It does not include onsite support or office infrastructure management, by design, not as a downgrade. Use the “Distributed workforce (no office)” toggle on the comparison table: Cloud replaces Advanced in the same column, and office-only rows are hidden.
04What security is included in every package?›
Every package includes foundational security: MFA enforcement and email security, plus EDR and ITDR. Advanced, Cloud, and Premium add enhanced identity security MFA. Premium adds MDR / SOC, vulnerability management, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
05How is pricing structured?›
Published rates for new managed service agreements: Essentials is $99 per user per month for organizations with 5–15 users. Standard is $125, Advanced $165, Premium $235, and Cloud $145 per user per month. Custom is scoped to your environment. Existing clients follow their current agreement. Onboarding is quoted separately, disclosed before you sign.
06I already work with EMPIST, do these rates replace my current price?›
No. Rates on this site are for new managed service agreements. Existing clients stay on their current agreement until renewal or a rate review with your account team.
07Who is Premium for?›
Premium is for teams that need Advanced coverage plus included MDR / SOC monitoring, vulnerability management, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), typical for regulated or audit-heavy industries. MDR is an add-on on Advanced; it is included on Premium.
08Can we add features that aren’t in our package?›
Yes. Every package shares the same core platform and account basics listed under Included with every package. Use the comparison table for what differs by plan, and add items from Available as add-ons where you need them. Custom lets us build around your stack, compliance needs, and internal IT team.
09What agreement terms are available?›
Managed service agreements are available for 1–5 years. We’ll confirm term length and pricing during your strategy session before you sign.
