What are Bucket Hour Services?
Bucket hours refers to a pre-paid agreement with EMPIST to use IT personnel from outside your organization to fill knowledge gaps, augment areas of expertise and provide operational IT support. This additional IT personnel can be leveraged on a temporary or ongoing basis based on your needs with no long term commitment.
Bucket Hour agreements are very flexible and start as low as 100 hours per year (12 months).
Bucket Hours is supplemental IT support when you need it.
