01Is EMPIST SOC 2 Type II certified?
Yes. EMPIST maintains SOC 2 Type II verification with independently audited controls. A Type II report is available under NDA where appropriate.
02What does ISO 9001 cover at EMPIST?
ISO 9001 is EMPIST’s quality management certification. It covers documented processes, consistent service delivery, and continuous improvement across how we run Managed IT and related services.
03Is EMPIST ISO 27001 certified?
ISO 27001 certification is in progress. We will update this Trust Center when the audit is complete. Until then, our SOC 2 Type II program remains the independently audited security attestation we share with clients.
04Can I get a copy of your SOC 2 report?
Yes. Request the report through a free IT strategy session or by calling (866) 442-3018. We share the Type II report under NDA with qualified prospects and clients.
