Experienced. Open-minded. Ambitious.
What is the most important part of your job?
The customer’s network! If the network is not performing at peak capacity, then it feels like a letdown on my end. I want to ensure that the environment people are working in is always performing at its peak level.
What are you an expert in?
I am by no means an expert in anything, as everything is always changing in this I.T. game! I consider myself to be a jack of all trades, as my skill set and knowledge do not limit me to just one particular area.

The persistence and teamwork across the entire team. No matter the issue at hand, we have the knowledge and experience to resolve it and document it, plus everyone is willing to work to get the job done.
What new technology trends are you keeping your eye on?
It’s not a new trend, but it is always changing: security! With the broad range of connection methods and devices out there, it is always interesting to learn how security on these devices will be maintained, implemented, and updated, and what new security technologies will be introduced to keep everyone’s information as secure as possible.
Which comic book superhero (or villain) would you be?
Spiderman. With great I.T. power comes great I.T. responsibility, and what better way to be that I.T. hero than behind a Spidey Mask!?
