Jilzarah creates unique jewelry for people who like to stand out from the crowd and express themselves through color. They came to us on the cusp of expanding their business with a fresh business plan to roll out a new retail site and wholesale site. Their retail site was dated with a poor color scheme and was difficult to modify in the CMS. The customer experience was no longer optimized – especially for mobile.

The Solution

We created an easy to use CMS for the retail and wholesale site. We enriched the Jilzarah brand by adding more elements that were inline with the theme of their jewelry. Other add-ons like complex filter options, social media integration, and a custom payment gateway, were developed to further enhance the user journey. Because of this, they were able to sell new products, attract new customers, and increase their customer email base.
