Hello Healthy is a weight loss business delivering a weekly box of tasty, nutritious, convenient meal replacement products designed for people on-the-go who want to live a healthier lifestyle. In 2017, they came to us with an already thriving business and a great business model but had no online presence. They were turning away customers! We were challenged with a short timeframe to deliver a robust website that was aligned with the company’s objectives and Hello Healthy’s specific requirements.
The Solution
EMPIST started by running some workshops to get a better understanding of the business, the market, and website requirements. In the process, we made additional recommendations in line with the latest best practices. Lastly, we fleshed out a schedule where we delivered the project in phases to meet the key delivery dates.
